My rates vary depending on the length and frequency of the sessions. As a guide a 1 hour session with a detailed 4 week workout programme attached and nutritional guidance would be £60.

No you do not. My first session and consultation is always free and from there we can make a plan as to how much and what you want to achieve in what timeframe. Whatever I will give you a 12 week programme to take away and work on.
I am in the process of building a facility where I can have clients, but over the winter I will be available to come to clients whether that is at work or home.
Yes, I am currently training clients online. My online sessions allow you to work out anywhere in the world with or without any equipment.
I love to play and take part in a range of sports including Triathlon, Trail Running, Golf, Tennis and Surfing. I also love being in the gym as it allows me to carry on doing all of these things!
With all of my clients I customise weekly structured workout programmes that fit into and around your schedule.
Yes, I offer nutritional guidance as part of my personal training packages. I believe that proper nutrition is essential for achieving your fitness goals.
